• Jurat $5 per signature
• Signature Witnessing $5 per signature
• For a certified copy, $1 per page certified with a minimum total charge of three dollars

Service B

Certified Notary Signing Agent (NSA)

Our Notary Signing Agents have been NNA trained and NSA certified to handle loan documents. Typically, lenders and title companies hire us to assist in the last step of the loan process. Our agents are background screened, insured, and bonded.

We offer our online services nationwide with a flat transaction fee ranging from $75 to $250 (Service A included).

We also service Missouri in Barry, Christian, Greene, Lawrence, Stone, Taney counties for travel fees ranging from $100 to $250 (includes Service A fees). Request a quote for additional MO locations.

Service C

Remote Online Notary Services (RON)

Don’t want to meet face-to-face or you don’t reside in MO? No worries we can still take care of your notary needs. If you have access to a computer and the internet we can notarize your documents online nationwide. Our remote online notary transaction is a flat fee ranging from $75 to $250.

Service D

Mobile Notary Services

The notary and the person requesting the notarial act agree upon the travel fee in advance of the travel; and the notary explains to the person requesting the notarial act that the travel fee is a separate from the notarial fee.

Our notaries can meet you at your location of business, residence or a designated location. We service Missouri in Barry, Christian, Greene, Lawrence, Stone and Taney counties for travel fees ranging from $75 to $250 (may include Service A fees). Request a quote for additional locations.

We also offer a low travel fee of $50 (may include Service A & B fees if applicable) to our designated location in Reeds Spring, MO.

Service E

In-Person Electronic Notary Services (IPEN)

Only offered at our designated location in Reeds Spring, MO. We will provide the internet and computer access for documents that have to be uploaded or are already uploaded onto an electronic platform. In this case, we must meet face-to-face. Our IPEN transaction is a flat fee ranging from $75 to $250.

Service F

Our Field Agents will promptly inspect the business, residence or a designated location. We service Missouri in Barry, Christian, Greene, Lawrence, Stone and Taney counties and Arkansas in Central and Northern regions. Inspection fees starting at $50. Request a quote.
