FIeld Inspection Services

We conduct visual inspections of properties, businesses, and assets on behalf of lenders, insurance companies, or prospective buyers. The field inspector’s role is to provide an accurate, unbiased report on the condition and status of the item or property being inspected. This can range from checking the state of a property ahead of a mortgage approval, validating damages for an insurance claim, to assessing the condition of equipment or assets for lease agreements or providing a letter drop for a delinquent payment.
